5. Smartfren Prime Card

If you use the Smartfren Prime Card. You can only send SMS with the format UNREG # NIK # send to 4444 (example: UNREG # 312501230XXX0001 #).
After requesting the registration number NIK is sent, all services on your card (telephone, SMS and data) will be blocked for a maximum of 1 x 24 hours. However, you can still contact 4444 contact center services on your smartfreen card.

To cancel the registration of a smartfreen card, Customers can visit the mysf.id/unreg page with a note using a Smartfren Data connection or network. On that page you only need to enter the NIK for the next process.
