There are several ways to overcome the missing blog comment column. Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem you are facing.

First step :

This first way we will setup the blog posting gadget. Usually when you change comments from disqus to blogger. The comments feature on this gadget is disabled. To activate it you can follow the steps below:

1. Please enter your blog account.
2. After logging into the blog account, please select Layout . In the Blog posting gadget please click the edit or pencil button
3. Please check section 5 for comments like the image below
   
4. And Save Settings.

After you do the above method. Please refresh your blog page. See if the comments menu is out. If still not, please continue to step two.

Second way:

The second way we will set the basic settings Column Comments on the blog. Here's a tutorial on how to set up a basic blog setting that you can do to bring up your blog comment column:

1. Please enter your blog account.
2. After logging into the blog account, please select the Settings menu and select the Post, Comment and Share menu .
3. After that, please set Comments > Location Comments.
   
4. Change to Embedded.
5. And Save Settings.

Third Way:

If the problem still persists, we can try checking the settings in each article. basically we can activate the comment feature for some blog posts. to activate the following steps you can do:

1. Login to your blog account
2. Select Post and edit one of the posts.
3. Then in the right sidebar posting, there are several settings menu. 
4. Please go to the settings menu and select the Options menu . 
5. Make sure that in the Reader comments column you check allow .
   
6. and save it.
